Send your matched resumes to* *ki...@globalnest.com* * Job Description:** The specialist-business analysis will perform the following functions: establish daily, weekly, monthly reporting; establish consolidated scorecard tracking; analyze operational metrics (e.g., overtime, attendance, productive vs. non-productive paid time, volume reports); establish and maintain force-to-load models; track and analyze budget and force; establish span and layer reports; and perform ad hoc statistical analyses as needed. Required Skills: • Advanced Microsoft Excel (5 yrs experience) • Experience to include pivot tables, data analysis and knowledge of basic business concepts. • Strong mathematics skills are a must. • Microsoft SQL Server 2005/2008 (2yrs experience) • Basic knowledge of relational database concepts including development and normal maintenance. • This also includes knowledge of SQL Server Reporting Services.
