The business analyst will gather the business requirements and translate them into functional system requirements that can be successfully executed by the Data Provisioning Systems development team. Busines Analyst will act as the key business and process analyst between system users, Data Provisioner's and the Data Provisioning development team. Business Analyst will ensures that system issues are identified, tracked, reported on and resolved in a timely manner. Strong analytical and reasoning skills required, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements. Business analyst will work with project management, QA and user certification teams to ensure that business alignment to end-user training, QE testing end user testing, project communications, process change management expectations and needs are met within project budget and schedule. Business Analyst should have excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers, and subject matter experts. Experience with Telecommunications would be a strong plus. Actual work experience with Metasolv TBS, provisioning, order workflow modules would be a strong plus.
