The following skills sets are required to do so: Strong solid analysis and problem solving skills. Shold hands on experience on Documentum Platform and FirstDoc ( A Custom Product for Pharma Compliance built on top Documentum ). Minimum Database knowledge Business understanding of Document Management systems and processing Minimal knowledge of PL/SQL, SQL! Solid experience in the ITIL methodology and process. Solid e xperience in using structured testing methods structured coding methods and standard tools and utilities. Must have Document Management Systems knowledge base such as Documentum, Core Dossierer. Must be a team player and collaborative resource, however, should also be able to work individually with minimal management direction. Medical business Knowledge a Plus, but not required, however, understanding business processes is a MUST. The ability to work with challenging areas within the Technical and business arena. Strong working knowledge of XP, Oracle AERS, CoreDossier,Teamcenter, Regulated application support in a global, multi-cultural environment.
