Position: *Peoplesoft Financial Functional Lead*** Location: *LA* Duration: *3-6 months contract to hire* *Rate**:* $55-60/Hr on C2C all inclusive *Senior PeopleSoft Functional Lead –* * * *Job Description* – Supervise multiple PeopleSoft financials rollouts and provide functional inputs and review of deliverables. Conduct Fit-Gap, Gather Requirements, Perform Design, Perform Data Mapping, Create high quality deliverables while coordinating with multiple stakeholders. * * *Candidate must have the following –* * * a. Strong experience in PeopleSoft Financials, specifically GL, AP, PO, AM and Projects b. Knowledge of Finance/Accounting fundamentals c. 7+ years of experience in functional consulting in PeopleSoft Financials d. Hands on, detail oriented and transparent working style e. Excellent communication and interaction skills f. High level of ethics and productivity *Skills Required –* * * *1. Must be an implementer: * Should have worked on multiple complete implementations of PeopleSoft as a functional lead. Experience should include full life cycle including fit/gap, requirements gathering, chart of accounts design/mapping, performing system configuration and setup, data conversion analysis and mapping, creating functional specifications for customizations, creating test scripts and training materials * * *2. Must be able to troubleshoot:* Be familiar enough with PeopleTools/Application designer as well as debugging and tracing tools in order for them to be able identify the source of an issue *3. Must have excellent documentation skills: * To create documentation in the areas described above such as Fit/Gap studies, requirements, system configuration documentation, functional specifications, test scripts and training materials *4.
