Candidate must have 8+ years experience designing and developing Objected Oriented application with a minimum of 5+ years of Java development and lead experience 3. Experience in mentoring and leading medium/large teams of developers technically. Other skill requirements: Ability to design and implement an appropriate architecture to support cross platform environments that provide scalability and failover. • Ability to recognize and implement common design patterns. • Expertise in IT infrastructure issues and non-functional requirements (security, load-balancing, state-management, performance tuning, alerts, application monitoring, auditing, logging, usage patterns, capacity planning). • Experience in Requirements Gathering and Effort Estimation. • At least 1+ year of hands on development experience web services.
