The scope of this project is to build a logistics management system to work on a new fully integrated system on the *.NET* platform, as other Agency applications, and in alignment with the new technology initiative. The application will be integrated with the enterprise applications within the department thereby reducing multiple iterations of repetitive data entry and validation. These repetitive tasks place the data at high risk of being written and saved with errors which results in high support costs to maintain the current state. The new system requires complex application design, utilize existing and build new architectures using the design patterns. Additionally the design will include database architecture and screen design, integrating with other newly developed systems via the *SOA*.
