This position is a backfill for a consultant of mine that is moving into a
different group - This project is a part of the Chevy Chase Bank
integration.

Workstream:  OBS - Online Business Solutions

This BSA must be VERY analytical and a huge problem solver.  Must have
STRONG experience with requirements gathering documentation, and
analytical/problem solving background or they will not be considered.  Must
be on their toes when answering scenario questions during interview.

Must have experience working with eCommerce/Customer interface applications
-  no specific methodology is important to them.

There preference is someone that has come out of a *large company* (maybe a
software company; banking - Online Banking is first choice) who use
analytical and problem solving skills everyday.  Preference on experience is
someone coming from Online Banking.

US working experience is very important - at least 6+ years.

*BUSINESS ANALYST FOR ONLINE BANKING *

Online Business Solutions (OBS) team is looking for a Business Systems
Analyst (BSA) to lead the requirements analysis and management efforts for
multiple e-commerce projects.


 *BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:*

   - 4+ years in Business Systems Analysis or Relevant IT Experience
   - MUST have experience with Online Banking
   - Ecommerce/Financial Services Experience
   - Working knowledge of PM Methodologies (Waterfall/Agile)


*SKILLS *

   - Strong quantitative and analytical skills
   - Proficient in business process analysis, data analysis, requirements
   definition and process integration.
   - Translating business requirements into functional outcomes
   - Identifying, defining, and testing non-functional requirements
   - Developing and reviewing test cases/plans for functional and
   non-functional requirements
   - Consistent excellence in process modeling, owning, and driving
   continuous process improvement.
   - Comfortable establishing relationships and performing in an ambiguous
   environment
   - Effectively influences others to drive solutions
   - Superb problem solving skills, communication and interpersonal skills.
   - Proven ability to communicate technical issues to non-technical
   individuals
   - Excellent communication skills, influencing and being influenced by
   peer and stakeholder thinking, using the written, spoken and presentation
   channels with equal excellence
   - Exhibits excellent co-management skills throughout the life-cycle of
   projects
