Job description :



While it’s a mix of a lot of skills, looking for resources with strong Java/
XML skill and knowledge on testing tools (preferably Rational tool set) and
processes.



Nice to have skills : .Net, C, and Javascript.

Understanding of open source test tools will be a big plus.



Complete description is as follows :



•       Test automation knowledge & scripting experience in open source
tools (selenium, fitnesse, fitnium, python, robot framework, etc)

•       Test automation knowledge & scripting experience (Rational
Functional Tester, Silk Test, etc)

•       Test case development

•       Experience with determining automation techniques

•       Test script development skills

•       Test execution

•       Flexibility for off hours support of test ware scripts & test
execution

•       LTS Tools knowledge including Rational Clear Quest/RSA/Test Manager,
etc

•       Leadership skills

•       Advanced Rational Function Tester  knowledge

•       JRA, Linux environment knowledge

•       Access Database expertise

•       Windows scheduler experience

•       Batch Files Programming experience

•       Java, C Programming experience

•       Test result evaluation, documentation, and reporting

•       Performance scripting experience (VU Gen, Load Runner, Rational
Performance Tester, Silk Performer, etc)

•       Development experience (object oriented), Java, .NET

•       Scripting language experience such as: Javascript, Groovy,
Python/Jython, Ruby, Perl
