Position: Java/Jasper Reports Developer
Experience: 5 - 10 years +
Location: San Jose, California.
Work/Visa Permit: US Citizens, Green Card Holders & H1B.
Duration: 3-4 weeks contract
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Responsible for development, planning, coordinating matters related to
JasperReports
a) Ad-Hoc Reports.
- Domain for the database.
- Customer administrative access On Jasper.
- Can schedule, define and save an ad-hoc report.
- Three ad-hoc reports:
1. List users, their user data, their company, and account data
(type, entitlement, status, last login date+time)
2. List of users invited but not registered.
3. Report of company data that has expiration dates and associated
file (when available) timestamps.
b) Embedded reports executed inside Web Site.
- Access site, login, navigate to reports page, click, report as
HTML/launch in browser.
- Access Jasper.
- Some filtering by the user type and organization of the user (what a
user can see).
- Three reports:
1. Project and measure data by company, with rolled-up savings and
incentives for project and program. Filters. Column sorting on report.
2. Similar report with referral.
3. Similar report with additional roll-ups: related company
(specific relationship) and district.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS
-Graduate Degree, 5 + yrs. relevant work experience or equivalent
combination education and relevant work experience.
-In-depth JAVA JasperReport development skills.
-Exceptional ability to identify and resolve related issues.
-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
-Strong written and oral communication skills.
-Demonstrated professional demeanor and customer-focused orientation.
