Thomson Reuters Markets is seeking an strong Interaction Designer to join
our next-generation product design team. We have the pace and atmosphere of
a start up with the resources and visibility of a powerful global brand.
This contract role on a high profile team includes researching, crafting and
communicating innovative & effective design solutions.

The ideal candidate can bring elegance and simplicity to complex
environments. Your passion for design rivals your attention to detail and
refined sense of aesthetics. You are a strong advocate for the user and will
insist on following a user centered design process. You are self-motivated,
confident and have an exceptional ability to collaborate and communicate
ideas resulting in better design and clear progress. You appreciate the
value of designing in a highly collaborative team environment and can
skillfully handle constructive challenges to your work.

Qualifications
Minimum 3-5 years practicing user experience design
Bachelors degree in any field
Demonstrable mastery of user interface principles (eg. chunking,
explorability)
Previous experience with content heavy applications or websites a plus
Solid understanding of basic design skills (eg. typography, color, grids)
Strong team communication & collaboration skills
Must be able to work in Adobe Creative Suite
You must possess an online portfolio or provide samples of your work that
demonstrate these competencies and experiences
