*Position: Program Manager

• 10+ years of experience with last 3-4 years in project/program
management. Should have managed complex programs in Telecom/Product
engineering domain with multi-site development teams. Experience in DTV and
STB technologies preferable.
• Should have strong customer and stakeholder management skills including
strong drive, analytical and leadership skills.
• Should be expert in risk management, tracking issues, status reporting,
interfacing with senior management etc.
• Should be well conversant in using Project management tools (MS Office,
MS Project etc.) with good understanding of project management control
processes.
Role & Responsibilities
• As Program Manager, you are responsible for delivering the complete
solution to the customer.
• You will be responsible for liaisoning with client managers, third
party vendors, offshore project managers and onsite leads to ensure
successful project delivery.
• You will also ensure that the program is realized in correspondence
with the agreed contract, standards and within the agreed schedule, budget
and quality.
• You will provide effective governance to the program, ensuring periodic
project status reporting, reviews, risks/issues management and handling
escalations.
• Ensure compliance to agreed contract/statement of work, driving timely
closure of all contractual issues and Change Requests raised.
• Ensure proactive identification of risks and mitigation
