Please send me resumes to [email protected] *Configuration Management Database Specialist* Location: Dallas , TX (downtown) Start date: next week – possibly 9/7 Duration: 4-6 months – would like CTH Rate: up to $530/day inclusive Skills: Responsibilities: • Technical Project Management for Configuration Management Database (CMDB) • Program Coordination for various activities (i.e., development, testing, training) • Document and identify business and technical processes related to CMDB • Identify appropriate Configuration items that support the client's business processes • Identify and create business cases to support requested enhancements • Coordinate efforts amongst client teams to align to CMDB objectives • Assist with requirements gathering for CMDB development • Assist with client presentations and data gathering sessions • Prepare deliverables and presentation material to clients • Identify performance improvement opportunities for clients Qualifications: • Three years of experience in technical project management throughout the SDLC • Experience within CMDB environments and implementations • Clear understanding of configuration management and configuration items • Familiarity with ITIL concepts and terms • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university in an appropriate field • Professional services experience preferred • Telecommunications experience preferred • Exceptional interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to gain the confidence and respect of team members and clients • Excellent written and verbal communication skills Thanks & Regards sandi Recruiter G Technologies Inc. 4340 Stevens Creek Blvd, San Jose, CA 95129.
