Must Have:
. 3 Years Experience in Web sphere Application Server 6.1
. 3 Years Experience in IBM AIX OS
. 3 Years Experience in Windows Server 2003
. Strong communication skills
. Mentoring of in-house staff
. Documentation of configurations/settings of the various Web sphere
instances
Desirable Skills:
. 2 Years Experience in Web sphere Process Server 6.1
. 1 Years Experience in Windows Server 2008
