The Sales Controller coordinates sales related planning, forecasting and reporting activities. He or she performs analysis of sales pipeline, order entry and customer account results. The Sales Controller implements sales performance measurement systems, manages projects and develops new sales controlling tools. He or she reports to the Head of Controlling with a strong interaction and relationship to the sales organization. In addition to his sales controlling related tasks the Sales Controller will support the Head of Controlling in special projects within the controlling department, such as roll-out of SAP Business Warehouse, alignment of local reporting structure to global reporting structure etc. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: „X Ensure in-time sales, order entry and pipeline reporting to local (sales) management as well as shareholder in Germany „X Control and steer cost budget of sales organization „X Support and guide sales organization in sales (order entry) and cost forecasting and planning activities „X Development, implementation and support of Sales Performance Measurement Tools „X Development of KPIs, Ad- hoc Reports, and new Analysis¡¦s „X Development and implementation of (Sales) Controlling Standard Tools „X Sales Performance Measurement of local sales staff „X Coordinate and conduct training for local sales staff as well as customer business managers to increase finance knowledge and awareness OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: „X Support Head of Controlling in special projects, such as SAP Business Warehouse implementation, alignment with global reporting standards and requirements etc. „X Travel percentage up to 50%. „X Regular, predictable attendance. „X Other duties as assigned.
