Life Cycle Development and configuration. Experience to include: R/3 4.6C, FI, CO, ECCS, BW, SEM, DART, HR, PA, PD, ESS. 3 years overall 3 years in SAP selected skill set or combination of SAP skill sets Manage projects as assigned and ensure adherence to the Software Development Life Cycle standards and possibly managing multiple projects concurrently • Prepare project cost budgets and timing estimates for projects, including detailed, project plans, identifying milestones, resources and timelines. • Monitor project performance and risk status; identify variances to plan; escalate to management as appropriate; take or suggest corrective action as required • Manage communications and expectations with customers at all times. Communicate expectations to team members and follow-up to ensure expectations are met. • Report on project progress to customer and IT team. Ensure all client sign-offs and acceptances are completed successfully. • Act in a distributed development environment managing work packages across multiple locations. • Work closely with all stake holders to ensure successful project completion. • Prior Experience in managing projects Responsibilities in FI/CO role: • Provide functional and technical configuration expertise in support of SAP ERP and related applications suite with a concentration in Financial/Controlling and a familiarity with all other modules. • Experience which demonstrates an understanding of the technical aspects of the SAP FI/CO modules and business processes. • Experience which demonstrates a thorough understanding of the business processes within a financial environment . Education: • Bachelors degree required Experience: • Minimum 3 years experience in Project Management. • Minimum 4 years experience in configuring the FICO modules. • *Minimum 3 full SAP life cycle implementations with complete responsibility for the FI/CO modules* in at least 1. • General business process background, with solid understanding of accounting and financial processes.
