*Job Description/Managers Notes:*

The GBSS program is a 6 year ERP program – implementing Oracle and JDA to
transform our Supply Chain, Finance and Retail operations. We are finishing
up year 5 now and our focus is shifting from build/test activities to
business readiness activities and deployment/cutover planning and we need to
bring in top PM talent to help get us over the finish line. I am looking for
an excellent cultural fit as well as the requisite experience (below) as we
have very little time for a new person to acculturate and begin adding
value.



*Senior IT PM profile*

·         Direct communication style, with ability to flex to audience in
both written and verbal venues

·         Leadership skills to rapidly ramp up, understand the context and
win respect of team members and leadership

·         Performs well under pressure and in ambiguity

·         Able to quickly identify & triage issues to resolution

·         Effective at managing up, with minimal regular access to Directors

·         Experience working in large, complex ERP programs in a deployment
mode preferred

·         Able to build, work from and drive a plan and adjust quickly as
needed

·         Highly organized and efficient Project Manager

·         Strong technical and soft skills

·         Background / experience working with Supply Chain teams and IT
projects, especially procurement/manufacturing systems

·         Demonstrated understanding of project planning, resource
forecasting, MS project, issue management, defect triage processes, data
conversion practices

·         Client experience a benefit to help accelerate ramp up



*Scope of Work*

·         Most of the activities in this scope are related to project
managing numerous business readiness activities in preparation for an April
4, 2011 ERP (Oracle/JDA) deployment, specifically supporting our Supply
Chain teams.

·         SCTC – Green Coffee / Receiving & Financials - Work is to manage
the work plan and give status updates on progress to plan on tasks around
user documentation, training materials, open issues/questions.

·         Procurement Data Readiness – Manage the work plan and give status
updates (progress to plan and escalate any open items, challenges)

·         Manufacturing Business Readiness - Manage the work plan and give
status updates (progress to plan and escalate any open items, challenges)
