Responsibilities The ideal candidates will be responsible for: · Participate in design/architecture meetings · Apply industry standard analysis, architecture, and development techniques to assist in providing optimum solutions · System Development Efforts – design, coding, testing, debugging, quality assurance review, and appropriate documentation · Performing comprehensive preliminary testing and producing all entrance criteria documentation required to promote products under development to Software Test (SQA). Interacting with other areas within client’s to implement interface points via web services and other technologies · Demonstrate strong problem solving ability, logic, and analytical skills · Strong written and oral communication skills are essential · Maintain team spirit and a positive attitude are important **Experience, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities** · The ideal candidate(s) must have at least 8-10 years of progressively diverse analysis, development, and testing experience using Java and Web technologies · The person must demonstrate strong knowledge and experience with the responsibilities outlined above · The candidate must have significant experience with technologies listed · Experience in J2EE and core Java packages · Experience in web technologies such as: XHTML, DHTML, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX, and cross-browser development · Experience with XML · Experience in developing automated test cases using the JUNIT Framework · Experience in other frameworks such as JSF, Spring, Hibernate, Struts, etc · Experience with JBOSS is a plus · Good communication skills in order to interact with clients, and other technical staff**.
