** REQUIREMENT *** LOCAL Candidates Only F2F interview is a MUST*** *JOB REQUIREMENT* The following position requirements are expected: o Proven experience managing technically complex, cross-organizational, multi-stakeholder projects o Hands-on experience of all aspects of project service delivery and design (management, risk assessment, quality of delivery) and in realizing process and technical improvements o Experience in one or more of the following areas: o Databases (Oracle, MS SQL) o Network Security o Data Security o Data Center infrastructure and services o Server infrastructure and services o Storage infrastructure and services o Monitoring services o Excellent communication skills including listening, explaining concepts, giving instructions, mentoring and creating understandable/accurate documentation. o Ability to effectively present information to senior management, employees or external partners. o Candidates must have 8+ years of experience working in enterprise class environments. o ITIL Foundations desired. o PMP, CISM, or CISSP certification or related experience is preferred *JOB RESPONSIBILITIES* Candidate will be responsible for: - Set and manage engagement expectations with team members and stakeholders - Proactively identify and manage risks and issues throughout engagement lifecycle. - Improve processes and engagement tools to aid in successful implementations. - Leverage extensive knowledge of industry standards and methodologies to make recommendations on complex engagements, always with an approach that utilizes repeatable, efficient processes and best practices. - Work directly with all stakeholders, as well as, subject matter experts, architects, to create and maintain clear, concise plans that keep the team on track. - Identify, mitigate, and prioritize, manage and resolve issues, constraints, dependencies and risks. - Ensure customer satisfaction through quality of work and effective communication throughout engagement lifecycle. - Participate in IT Operations strategy definition and roadmap discussions. - Represent IT Operations as first point of contact on Enterprise Business Unit engagements. - Immerse into IT Operations and Enterprise stacks to provide insight and foresight across the board on service delivery and best practices.
