Bachelor (4-year) degree, with a technical major, such as engineering or computer science (or equivalent). 2. Eight years or more of system administration experience, of which two years or more are in an engineer capacity. 3. MCSE/MCITP: Enterprise Messaging or relevant experience. 4. CCNA or relevant knowledge. 5. Expert knowledge of Exchange 2010 and above in a clustered enterprise environment. 6. Expert knowledge of Exchange monitoring applications. 7. Expert knowledge of Active Directory (2008 and above), DNS, DHCP. 8. Advanced knowledge and experience with Windows Operating Systems including; Windows Server 2008 (R2 64bit) and above. 9. Advanced ability with Operating System Utilities 10. Advanced ability to use system and server analysis tools. 11. Advanced knowledge of collaboration tools such as Microsoft Lync. 12. Advanced knowledge of SQL (2008 and above) infrastructure support. 13. Strong knowledge and experience with server hardware including blade infrastructure. 14. Strong knowledge of VMware vSphere 5.0 and higher, including HA, SRM. 15. Strong scripting background (Microsoft PowerShell). 16. Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, LAN/WAN networking, chassis and SAN switches. 17. Strong knowledge of Enterprise Storage technologies (iSCSI, Fiber Channel). 18.
