REQUIREMENT *Qualifications:* Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, MIS, or equivalent, required. - Two years of experience in quality assurance/testing, including strong knowledge of related tools, methodologies and documentation, required. - Three years of experience preferred. - Good understanding of the insurance industry and a strong working knowledge of one or more of CIENTS's systems or lines of business preferred. - Strong understanding of the QA process and software development lifecycle required. - Strong understanding of business applications required. - Working knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet, database, presentation and flowcharting software required. - Working knowledge of software development, one or more programming/coding languages, operating systems, mainframe and client/server applications, databases, HTML, web applications, source control and issue tracking concepts required. - Two years proven project lead experience required, three years preferred. Position Specifics: *Required Skills:* * Functional test leadership experience. * Test planning and test execution management experience. * Quality Center experience (or equivalent). * Software application and data quality validation experience. * Strong database, XML and web service skills. *Preferred skills:* - Work experience with *IBM's Infosphere Master Data Management Server version 8.5/9.0/10.0 on Windows (Desirable) platform.* - Hands on experience *working on project lifecycle and understanding Application Architecture in MDM.* - Good understanding of *data mapping, MDM additions, extensions, composite, batch frameworks.* - Experience with *MDM domains and schema including insurance/banking as well as data/service mapping.* - Good understanding of *web services and XML schemas.* - Exposure or awareness of *Infosphere MDM Suspect Duplicate Processing and Evergreening.* - Good understanding/awareness of *Data Quality and standardization process (using tools such as Trillium)* ** Please send the updated resume of the consultant along with the rate, location and contact information.
