Cluster,SQL **** Candidate MUST Be local Face to Face interview is a MUST*** Maintain and support *Microsoft Hyper-V 2012, Microsoft Data Protection Manager (DPM),* Dell chassis\blade server hardware and Dell Compellent SAN. Candidate should also be fluent with Microsoft Virtual Machine Manager (VMM), Microsoft Exchange 2007/2010, Microsoft Lync, Microsoft Operations Manager (SCOM), Microsoft Systems Manager (SSCM), Microsoft 2008 and\or 2012 Active Directory controllers, TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS and Group Polices in a decentralized topology. Should be very familiar with monitoring, managing, and tuning virtual machines to ensure high availability and performance levels are achieved. This position will be responsible for ensuring the setup, deployment and administration of Microsoft Terminal Services, SSL certificates, as well external DNS. Experience administering (not engineering) Cisco ACE load balancers, Cisco ASA Firewalls and Cisco routers and switches is highly desired. The successful candidate will have 7 to 10 years of client\server, networking, enterprise backup, server hardware, and SAN expertise. Ability to evaluate, develop, and recommend specific server and network based technology products and platforms to provide cost-effective solutions that meet business requirements. Perform capacity planning and application analysis to ensure proper server performance, sizing and scalability. Perform root cause analysis for service interruptions, recovery, and preventative measures. Create and maintain support documentation and technical drawings of the server and network infrastructure. Be willing to work off-hours as needed. Familiarity with Change Management, Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity are pluses. *Requirements* Act as the Subject Matter Expect for all Microsoft enterprise products Setup, administer and optimize Windows server hardware and Windows operating systems Perform lightweight administrative firewall and networking tasks (not engineering) Provide expertise on 2003 or 2008 Domain Controllers and associated roles\services Administer Group Policies, internal and external DNS Exceptional knowledge of TCP/IP, Windows networking and DMZ services Ability to troubleshoot server hardware to the component level Please send the updated resume of the consultant along with the rate, location and contact information.
