REQUIREMENT * * * * * * *Job Description* *Position Summary* Examines the unique needs and concerns of the business to develop relevant practices and procedures for preparing business reports. This includes creating and maintaining efficient and secure systems for recording data and producing relevant documentation. *Essential Functions* Adhere to General Work Requirements Examines and evaluates purpose and content of business reports to develop new, or improve existing format, use, and control. Reviews reports to determine basic characteristics, such as origin and report flow, format, frequency, distribution and purpose or function of report. Confers with persons originating, handling, processing, or receiving reports to identify problems and to gather suggestions for improvements. Evaluates findings, using knowledge of workflow, operating practices, records retention schedules, and office equipment layout. Recommends establishment of new or modified reporting methods and procedures to improve report content and completeness of information. May prepare and issue instructions concerning generation, completion, and distribution of reports according to new or revised practices, procedures, or policies of reports management. Perform other duties as assigned. *General Skills* Ability to provide outstanding customer service in fast paced environment Proficient working knowledge of computerized applications, for example, word processing, spreadsheet, database, presentation software, email and specialized business applications software Team focused: Must have interpersonal skills necessary to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, other business areas and government agencies as required. Ability to: o Work independently and drives consistent results o Distills large amounts of data to create actionable reporting • Thrives in a dynamic environment where change is the norm-flexibility in managing priorities and workload is required *Minimum Qualifications* Bachelors Degree in Business Administration with emphasis in Finance or Accounting 5-7 years Mortgage Banking Experience Previous experience with SQL Database Language Previous experience with Visual Basic programming for Excel *Additional Desired Qualifications* MBA Preferred Problem Solving Quantitative based methodologies for analyzing data *Physical Requirements* Physical demands with activity or condition existing a considerable amount of time include sitting and typing/keyboarding using a computer (i.e., keyboard, mouse, and monitor) or adding machine Physical demands may include walking, carrying, reaching, standing, and stooping May require occasional lifting/lowering, pushing, or pulling up to 25 lb ** Please send the updated resume of the consultant along with the rate, location and contact information.
