*Job Description: *
*Location:* Orange County, CA
*Duration*: 6 Months
*Type:* On-Site (4 days a week/5 day during testing, go
live - must be onsite from 10 AM on Monday through 4 PM on Thursdays). Will

into the existing US EBS global R12 E-Business Suite environment

*Role:** * Resource’s role is as functional financials consultant to
work with the finance department to implement the financials modules in the
US instance under the existing LE in Germany.
*Core Assignment:* Based on the requirements, create future
state, configure Oracle E-Business, assist with conversion mapping from
Axapta, testing support (CRP/UAT), supporting functional design and
activities for RICE. Training staff on functionality and translating
business requirements into configurations and system solutions. Will be
responsible for copying configurations from one org into the new
organization for the Germany division.
*Specific Focal Points:* European implementation experience as related to
finance modules. Good knowledge of AGIS (intrercompany accounting)
*Required Skill Sets* {Skill sets that must be met}
· Good communication and business skills / experience, in the
finance area. Can clearly understand and discuss business and Oracle
Financials concepts, ability to interface with top level management,
explain system issues, solutions, and implement the solution approved
· Expert knowledge of GL, AP, AR, FA, CE, SLA
· Need to be strong with ebTax, SLA, and AGIS
· In-depth knowledge of Financials configurations, processes
· Ability to run validation cycles with users, support creation
of scenarios, and conduct independent training classes
· Strong knowledge of R12
· International experience (implementation experience with Europe)

· Hi Tech MFG experience
· Experience with Procure to Pay or Order to Cash cycles
· Management skills
