The HR Recruiter is responsible for the execution of the recruitment
process, including the internal recruitment process. The goal for the
placement of internal job applicant can be set to strengthen the focus on
internal pools.

B.Tech/MBA/Equivalanet Degree.
Exp:0 to 2years.
Roles And Responsibilities for HR Recruiter:
1)Establish recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and
objectives.
2)Build applicant sources by researching and contacting community services,
colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media, and internet sites;
providing organization information, opportunities, and benefits.
3)Determine applicant requirements by studying job description and job
qualifications.
4)Attract applicants by placing job advertisements; contacting recruiters,
using newsgroups and job sites.
5)Determine applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants, analyzing
responses, comparing qualifications to job requirements.
6)Arrange management interviews by coordinating schedules.
7)Evaluate applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant
qualifications with managers; interviewing applicants on consistent set of
qualifications.
