· Phone/Skype · Job Type: Contract 6 months+ · Location: Senior SOA Developer · No.Openings: 1 · 55 All Inclusive (have plenty of flex if needed) Job Description: SOA Developer Senior Service Oriented Architecture Developer The developer will be responsible for tasks that involve core SOA development - Web Services, creating Workflow processes etc. In addition, s/he will design, code, unit test, install, deploy, document and support daily software operations for a set of application components in the in the Healthcare Insurance industry. Prior experience working with Oracle Fusion Middleware is a plus. Required Skills and Responsibilities: Ø *3+ years of Service Oriented Architecture development experience (preferably with Oracle Fusion Middleware) * Ø *5+ years of experience working with relational databases (preferably Oracle 11g) * Ø *3+ years of experience developing web services in a Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) using protocols such as SOAP and REST * Ø *Design and Develop Human Workflow using SOA 11g. * Ø *Development experience working with Integrated Development Environments (IDE) such as Eclipse and JDeveloper * Ø *5+ years of development experience working on Windows and Unix-based operating systems * Ø *Use Object Oriented methodologies and languages like Java in context of the above-mentioned frameworks to develop modules. * Ø *Experience working in the Insurance or Healthcare industry * Ø *Experience working with Eligibility services * Ø *Advanced Unix shell scripting skills * Ø Solid experience in object oriented design/development/analysis, UML modeling and Design patterns such as Model-View-Controller (MVC) Ø Strong technical writing experience creating detailed design documentation and technical specifications Ø Experienced in software design, development and business modeling of Web applications, Client/Server systems, Distributed Applications and other custom-built functionality Ø The ability to work independently and prioritize assigned tasks based on project demands Ø Excellent oral and written communication skills Desired Skills: Ø Develop Oracle ADF BC Components (Entity Objects, View Objects, Entity Object Validations using Groovy, Application Modules) Ø Develop Oracle ADF UI Components (Task flows, Pages, Page Fragments, Menus) Ø Maintain and monitor the installation and deployment of application components to various environments Ø 5+ years configuring WebLogic (or similar) Application Server Ø Experience with developing Business Process Models (BPM) and working with Workflow software. Knowledge of Oracle BPM software is a plus. Will consider candidates with similar experience levels using comparable workflow software e.g. Pega Ø Experience with developing and configuring centralized Business Rules and Decision Trees. Knowledge of Oracle Business Rules would be a plus.
