Location: Columbus, OH/NYC, NY Length: 6 months Start: ASAP Interview :phone Rate: DOE We are in search of a Ab Initio admin and someone that has a lot for experience in installing abinitio from scratch: Here are the criteria: · Install Abinito from scratch (Completely new environment) · Be able to set up multiple process nodes · Be able to size the Ab Initio Server · Be able to set up and manage control access · Be able to Set up initial MFS · Be able to configure multiple connections · Be able to Set up EME Must have 3+5 years of Ab-initio Admin Support installation of relevant patches. Configure the Ab initio environment for ETL teams needs. Support code migration, role setup, ETL job execution Provide setup monitoring/alerts for jobs/processes, troubleshoot, Liase with development and Build Support teams to manage production and test environments Monitor production processes and recommend process improvements to application development teams Plan, define, design and oversee the implementation of data integration solutions. Develop best-practice recommendations for overall ETL architecture to optimize use of Ab Initio. Establish and communicate data integration development standards. Identify and document recommendations regarding environment use, database interaction, scheduling, and process interfaces. Ensure consistent and reliable data structures are developed to support robust business systems across for their respective functional area Perform application audits and assessments and Make recommendations to improve performance and increase parallelism.
