Email me at [email protected] , If you have right resource for below position *Position: Business Objects Developer* *Location: Jacksonville, FL* *Duration: 6+ Month * · *business objects experience and understands a data mart structure* · ETL experience is a big bonus *ROLE SUMMARY* •Understands current business structure and processes, recommends possible changes, develops detailed plans for recommendation, and supports the implementation of changes. •Conducts system/process design through conducting user interviews, researching technical architecture and/or user requirement options, and producing design documents that support user/technical design. Designs accurate and complete modules, designs user interfaces and information models, validates design accuracy and completeness, and recommends and justifies modifications. •Codes modules according to specifications and standards, conducts structured code reviews, prepares test plan and tests modules. •Specifies tests for unit, integration and verification testing based on design specifications, executes integration test and stress tests, and resolves system deficiencies. •Develops user procedures and training material consistent with user needs and participates in user training. •Solves complex problems and demonstrates deep knowledge of business function in assigned area and/or technical discipline. Regularly provides guidance and training to less experienced programmer/analysts. •Monitors system, analyzes and classifies change requests, determines the scope and feasibility of change, demonstrates mastery of the technical environment, and provides technical expertise. •Plans, organizes and controls own work effort, provides input to project standards, provides status of progress, tasks completed and outstanding issues, and produces services/products of the best quality in the least amount of time. •Manages the coordination of the activities associated with assigned project(s) with responsibility for results in terms of cost, methods, execution and deployment •Utilizes Data Warehousing and Business Intelligence disciplines to convert user requirements to ETL’s, information cubes and reports. •Proficient in relational data modeling, Informatica and Business Objects. •Complies with the Site Quality System. •Performs duties in compliance with environmental, health and safety related site rules, policies or governmental regulations. •Required to interact and communicate with peers and co-workers. •Required to spend extended periods of time on computer-based work. *BASIC QUALIFICATIONS * Six or more years’ experience with a Bachelor’s or four or more years of experience with a Masters.
