*PLEASE RESPOND TO [email protected] <[email protected]>* *PEOPLESOFT HR (PAYROLL) FUNCTIONAL CONSULTANT:* Location: Albany, NY Duration: 6+ Months *Key Areas of Responsibility* - Professional Payroll business experience - Strong analytical capabilities - Ability to perform fit/gap analysis on business processes against the state and federal regulations - Ability to perform a system fit/gap analysis on the use of delivered PeopleSoft functionality - Ability to identify and communicate process improvement opportunities - Ability to re-design business processes from the ground up for efficiency and to compliment the use of the PeopleSoft Payroll module. - Ability to prepare functional system requirements for system changes to support new business processes - Minimum of five years PeopleSoft Payroll experience - Strong knowledge of PeopleSoft Payroll v.9.1 functionality including check reissuance and commitment accounting - Solid understanding of setup tables, W-2's, year-end processing, entire HCM/payroll cycle, processes and reporting - Solid understanding of integration of all modules *Professional Qualifications & Experience* - Minimum of 2-5 years experience working with PeopleSoft in a Public Sector environment - Minimum of five years PeopleSoft consulting experience - PeopleSoft v9.1 experience or higher - Experience with the full lifecycle of both implementations and upgrades *PLEASE RESPOND TO [email protected] <[email protected]>* Thanks Kiran - advent global solutions --
