Technical Analyst: I need someone, ideally, coming out of a .Net environment that is very technical, perhaps a developer in the past, that can take Business Development Documents (BRD), and turn them into Functional Specification Documents (FSD’s). They will need to be able to fill in gaps on the BRD when needed and be able to help with the architecture of the design and thus fill in gaps. They need to have great communication skills. Technical Analyst, nice to have a Java background, and or .net background Taking BRD and converting it to Technical docs. Technical Business/Systems Analyst (no coding responsibilities) with a blend of business analysis expertise and lot of interface with internal customers. Provide system analysis for Servicing Business stream. Duties may include: Acts in a senior role in understanding Business requirements (Use Cases) and working with technical resources/architects to facilitate creation of high level design/solution artifacts using RUP. Responsible for creating high level and detailed system design artifacts using UML tools with help from Architect and Tech leads. Acts as a key person on the project who understands the business process and also the technical implementation. System analysis and implementation responsibility, including document authorship. Analysis and design meeting facilitation. 80% Systems/Business requirements analysis, facilitation of High level system design, and project delivery activities including creating project related system artifacts. 20% Detailed technical design (no coding) Preferred Skills: Knowledge about Microsoft Technologies (C#, DOT NET, SQL Server 2005, Web Services). Some development experience using Microsoft Tools. Experience in system integration projects is a plus.
