Individual must be a self-started able to hit the ground running with little oversight and day-to-day direction. Will be working on 8+ workstreams. 1) Primary accountability for project execution including business/technical solutions, scope, approach, project and work phasing, and work assignments. 2) Program/project execution encompasses project initiation through post-implementation, including implementation and testing. 3) Manage project plans/schedules/critical path, financials (budget & tracking), change control, risk assessment & mitigation, assumptions, issues, decisions and open questions. 4) Identifies and articulates resource needs, roles and responsibilities within the team and stakeholder organizations. 5) Effectively manages resource engagement, assignments, loading, and release. 6) Determines that stakeholder organizations are appropriately engaged – e.g., finance, compliance, legal, servicing organizations, etc. 7) Establishes and manages effective project team & governance structures. 8) Manages and plans project communications to determine alignment and effective/efficient information flow. 9) Manages and plans with team when external communications are appropriate. 10) Implements and provides effective quality control over project and program products, including assessment of business/technical solution, quality assessments of key project documents, requirements mapping when appropriate, functional and nonfunctional testing, etc. 11) Implements and manages project team processes, methods and tools within client guidelines including standard company PM methodologies, tools and other deliverables. 12) Reports status to managers and stakeholders such as PMO and other areas. 13) Effectively manages project changes into business as usual processes and systems. 14) Escalates appropriate issues to Program leadership when team resolution cannot be achieved. *Required*: - 8+ years of program/project management experience as defined above and demonstration of working collaboratively with IT program managers - Excellent program/project management skills as evidenced by experience managing multiple, successively more complex and larger programs of work - Strong results orientation balanced by relationship management and team building/motivation skills - Strong verbal and written communications skills, including facilitation skills - Strong organization, problem solving, conflict resolution and relationship building - Management skills, decisiveness and proactive roadblock removal - Methodologies/tools experience Thanks & Regards, Sampath Arra | Technical Recruiter [image: Description: Description: Description: Description: Description: Description: Description: Description: Description: aclat logo.jpg] Aclat, Incorporated| Recruiting Team IT SERVICES | Consulting - Development – Staffing 5 E.
