*Position: Application Support Technician*


*Location: Richfield, MN Duration:1 Year*



*Application Support Technician*



*Overview:* Responsible for the support of the applications, driving
improvements and general operations of the website.  There will be an
on-call support rotation, once every 2-3 months for one week at a time.

This resource will be working on the Associate Facing Application Support
Team providing reliable operations and level 2 technical support.  Could be
responsible for up to 12 different tools that they support.

*Responsibilities: *

   - Help analyze system issues
   - Gets excited to improve processes
   - Enjoys a fast-paced environment
   - Provide education on the applications they support to other members
   - End to end application support
   - L2 support
   - Provides communication of status updates
   - Looking for them to be SME on applications

*Must Have Skills:*

·         Experience of end user support

·         Creating software documentation

·         Troubleshooting in a changing environment

·         Dev ops culture

·         Unix experience

·         *Ruby, Python, PHP experience*
