The Principle Data Analytics Analyst will lead and perform complex data
analysis in an evolving data environment. Whether you're measuring call
volumes and dispositions, analyzing customer behavior and trends, data
mining, or optimizing SQL queries, you will be working with critical
customer focused data in order to derive customer behavior and insight. The
ability to extract and analyze data, patterns, and related trends is
required, with the subsequent ability to synthesize the data into
information consumable by senior leaders



Has primary responsibility for leading and executing complex analyses,
including discussing business issues with key subject matter experts,
scoping and defining the problem, structuring the analyses, and using
standard tools such as Microsoft Excel and SQL query writing.

                The ideal candidate will be one who has an interest in
analytics, takes a high degree of ownership in their work, develops
creative solutions to unstructured problems, and has a strong background in
problem solving.

                A strong ¿analytic toolkit¿ is desired, including
experience and a high degree of proficiency with Microsoft Excel, SQL query
writing and a strong understanding of relational database management
systems, data mining and modeling, Power Point presentation development,
and other data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Cognos, etc.) and
statistical analysis tools (e.g. SPSS, SAS).

                Develops and conducts formal and informal presentations.

                Experience designing, developing, and automating management
reports, scorecards, and metrics is an asset

                Prior experience researching, analyzing, or modeling
customer behavior patterns is a plus
