*PLEASE RESPOND TO [email protected] <[email protected]>* *SALESFORCE DEVELOPER:* Location: Chicago, IL Duration: 4-6 Months · Client recently migrated from Sales Cloud to Service Cloud Console · Need a senior level resource approaching architect but that has development skills/background · There is a possibility many opportunities could be uncovered · *Service Cloud Console is key & Call Center Experience* · Knowledge of OpenCTI nice to have · Main issue is client was used to programming in APEX but is not very proficient at *JavaScript which is required more so with Service Cloud* · Main issue they are having is programming Salesforce to work in conjunction with an OpenCTI desktop (this is Aria's desktop) · They have buttons/workflow that work within Salesforce but not in conjunction with an agent desktop or open cti desktop being used. *PLEASE RESPOND TO [email protected] <[email protected]>* Thanks Kiran - advent global solutions
