*Need :Oracle Database AdministrationLocation:SACRAMENTO, CA ( Locals Only)Duration:6+ Months* The Performance DBA will be primarily responsible for diagnosing and tuning the multiple Oracle RAC databases running on Exadata Platform, recommend and implement solution for varying workloads. Handle day-to-day development. Creation of new databases, backups, replication, restore, maintenance, troubleshoot and resolve of database issues. Partition the tables to handle huge data volumes, DBA setup. *Skills:* *Core database skills include -* Oracle Database Administration and management of large database. Well versed in Performance tuning of Oracle 11g / higher databases, thorough knowledge of analyzing performance statistics,* SQL tuning and database tuning, managing optimizer statistics*. In depth experience in handling performance packs through *OEM . Previous experience in RAT* (Real Application Testing) and work load management will be a plus.
