Email me at *[email protected]* <[email protected]> , If you have right resource for below position *Position:** Service-Now Lead / Developer * *Location: Boston MA* *Duration: 6 Months+* *Job Description* · Work within a team of ITSM process managers and ServiceNow administrators to implement and support all ServiceNow ITSM modules · This will include the development of ITSM processes and designing workflows within the tool · Analyzing system, business and data processing problems as required to implement and improve the ServiceNow computer system · Must analyze and fully understand user requirements and current procedures in order to improve system capabilities, automate process workflows and address scheduling limitations throughout the development and delivery of the ServiceNow roadmap · Be responsible for the continuous review of new ServiceNow modules, as well as other commercially available software, to ensure the ITSM process tools remain state-of-the-art. This includes the implementation of such new modules/enhancing existing module based on various internal Wellington teams need. · The candidate needs to have a thorough understanding of ITIL/ITSM processes. · Ideal candidate will have successfully led a full ServiceNow implementation including all relevant modules · Supporting all future releases and provide updates to software as required based on feedback from users *Skill Set (Must have)* · 6+ Years of solid development with atleast 2 years leading the medium or large size project *Skill Set (Good to have)* · ITIL/ITSM knowledge · Minimum of 1 year work experience with Javascript · Minimum of 1 year work experience with databases Warm Regards, Sampath Arra ACLAT, Inc.
