*Need :Accruent Programmer Analyst Location : Columbus, OHDuration :5 Months* *Description/Comment:* This is for 2 positions a Jr. Programmer Analyst and a mid-level Programmer Analyst Jr. - 1 year of the experiences required mid-level - 3 years minimum experience required. *Position Description:* Individual contributor responsible for delivery of both steady state support and the design and execution of construction phases of a system and/or upgrade project and participate in gathering functional requirements. This includes systems analysis, programming and implementation processes. *Responsibilities: *Participates in gathering functional requirements Participates in unit testing Plays a significant role in resolving implementation issues Provides problem-solving and technical support in Accruent Basic understanding of integration with other application including SAP Interacts with users to improve system utilization *Skill Level* Technical Skills: A minimum of 1-3 years experience using the following technologies Accruent Security SQL Server experience ERP experience Visio/Skelta Experience Java – Integrations Web Services *Functional Skills:* A minimum of 1-3 years experience with at least 2 of the following Accruent areas Lease Administration Project Management Facilities Market Planning Centers *Other Skills:* • Minimum 1-3 years Accruent production support experience • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
