*Need : Oracle DeveloperLocation : Polaris, Columbus OHDuration : 12 months* *10 plus years* The product requires that this individual be familiar with cutting-edge products: *Oracle (PL/SQL), .Net, C#, MVC, Web-Services, WCF* services, REST, SQL Server and t-SQL development experience, and SubVersion is also required. *10 plus years of solid expertise and deep experience with Oracle development (PL/SQL) and relational schema* design. *5 plus years of solid* *.NET/C#/MVC and/or Java* development experience. *SQL Server and t-SQL* development experience. Exposure to Software Architectural methodologies and theories. Sound knowledge of Service Oriented Architecture and Service bus architecture, including Application Program Interfaces (APIs), Messaging Software and Interoperability Techniques and Standards Experience with Enterprise Multi-tier WEB and Multi-threaded software development, application/database tuning. Proven expertise and deep experience with .Net and Web Services, XML parsers, JavaScript development. Experience with application and information security, especially Identity & Access management is preferred. Outstanding documentation experience. Experience with system design and architecture. Familiarity with web based scripting languages. Ability to learn and actively seek new skills and knowledge to keep up with the changing technology field. Ability to work with project cycles and manage rapid changes. Ability to work efficiently in a fast paced environment, work under pressure and deadline.Ability to think outside the box, adapt to circumstances, learn from co-workers, and share information and experiences.Independent judgment and decision making is essential. Ability to be flexible and adapt to any given situation. Ability to perform multiple tasks concurrently. Excellent customer service attitude, communication skills (written and verbal), and interpersonal skills, skills in dealing with a diverse population. Excellent organizational, time management, analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to make timely and sound decisions. Ability to work independently and in a team based environment.
