*Need        :SAP BW FICO ConsultantLocation: Northern, NJ (Locals 
only)Duration: Long Term*
 
*Interview: Phone and then an in Person.*
 

*Responsibilities:*Support development of the scope document for Business 
Warehouse and Reporting area for new reporting initiatives 
Work closely with business stakeholders and SAP SMEs to identify and solve 
complex issues and problems 
Work closely with Reporting Technical and Solution architects to deliver 
the appropriate solutions 
Understand integration points between other SAP modules 
Manage change requests to ensure localization or other changes are in 
alignment with overall design and business strategy. 
Develop functional strategies to achieve strategic business objectives 
Conduct detail business and system requirements gathering sessions 
Develop and document process models 
Support in consolidation and analysis of survey results 
Manage critical communications with internal and external organizations
 
*Requirements:* 
Strong experience in the Finance Area (FICO, COPA) is a plus 
The ideal candidate would be someone who has previously worked with a 
Professional Services firm or with larger firms on a Global template. 
Must have an understanding of the R/3 table structures and be familiar with 
how to configure them for use with the FI/CO module. 
Ability to analyze and set up data extracts. 
Must have an understanding of ODS and Cube Data. Have the ability to 
navigate through the objects to understand the data and to be able to 
troubleshoot issues. 
Understanding of data structures and data mappings and be able to document 
what the developers have created in order to present to higher management. 
A solid understanding in the areas of reporting. Not only should the 
consultant have the ability to define the reporting for FI/CO but you must 
have practical experience creating custom FI/CO report. 
Ability to unit test and effectively communicate recommendations for 
correction and improvement 
Past experience creating business process models, data flow diagrams and 
associated tools. 
Extensive experience with Excel to support consolidation, analysis and 
reporting of data 
Must have experience with office automation tools (e.g. PowerPoint, Word), 
modeling tools (e.g. Visio)
Qualifications:
 
*8 years minimum experience* supporting business requirements analysis, 
design, test, and deployment of applications. 
BS or equivalent combination of education and experience a must 
Strong SAP Knowledge in FI, CO and SD 
Self-starter / self-motivated personality
