*Need : Sr. DBA Location :Jersey City, NJ (Locals or near by)Duration : 7+ months* *Position Description:* Migration of Claims business unit databases from UNIX platform to zLinux and zOS platforms. Technologies involved include DB2 LUW and DB Z/OS. We’re looking for a Senior DBA to migrate and administer and maintain non-production and production environments from the UNIX platform to the zLinux and zOS platform. Key technologies include: IBM DB2 on zOS platform and IBM DB2 LUW as well as the UNIX/zLinux and zOS operating systems. DBA will also be responsible for standards and design of physical data storage, maintenance, access, and security administration.
