*.**Role*
The Digital Marketing Program Manager for Sales Enablement will support 
several systems that seek to best align marketing, product, insights, 
business intelligence and CRM resources with sales execution. The Program 
Manager is comfortable with business analysis, project management, writing 
internal communications and has a proven track record of building positive 
client relationships.  
 
*Role Responsibilities*
Business Analysis 
Identifying objectives and needs
Review system details, draft detailed specifications, user stories, test 
scripts
Manage content calendars for sales enablement properties coordinating with 
marketing, insights and product groups 
Reporting and Analysis 
Assist the generation of reports for key internal clients
Analyze the effect of different tools and capabilities, develop and 
implement strategies for improvement and growth 
Client focus/Communication 
Assisting in educating clients on the benefits of sale enablement tools, 
providing training and write training materials
Manage regular communications on enhancements and system/content updates
Collaborating with the design and development teams for projects
Collaborate with operations team to keep properties timely and relevant
Work closely with technology teams to project manage and implement agile 
stories and improvements, ranging from net new technology to bug fixes. 
 
*Qualifications*
5 years of digital marketing experience. 
Must have strong analytical reasoning, enjoy working with numbers and 
translating these analysis for other marketing and product partners 
History of supporting long term and short term marketing technology 
projects, from inception to go-live. 
Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to work well with senior 
management and sales organizations. 
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Word and PowerPoint for producing client 
reports and presentations 
Experience working with analytical software (e.g. Google Analytics, Adobe 
omniture/SiteCatalyst, etc.), enterprise content management tools and sales 
CRM tools is required. 
Experience in investment management or financial services industry 
preferred, but not required. 
Excellent verbal and written skills.
