*Our client has a need for a contract SR. IIS Systems Engineer. Looking for someone that is very strong in ISS. This position has the option to work remote and will be for 12 months. Please see the job description below.* · As an Infrastructure Consultant, you will design, install and configure server infrastructures, plan and implement enterprise technology infrastructures, design network security and develop operations solutions to manage Microsoft and multi-vendor environments. You will apply functional knowledge and technical expertise in the designing of systems to support customer needs and you will contribute to our vast repository of intellectual property. You are involved with the following: · Platform Migration: Migrate platforms to the latest Microsoft operating system · Server Consolidation: Maximize resources that are under-utilized to increase reliability and centralize administration. · Data Center Operations: Evaluate processes and infrastructure design to more efficiently manage operations and reduce costs while increasing predictability. · Enterprise Directories: Deploy enterprise-wide business directories to lower administrative costs, coordinate end-user accounts, and reduce development costs. · Desktop Deployment: Execute large-scale desktop deployments without productivity or data loss. *Qualifications: *7-10 years of experience in the following: · Platform Migration and Deployments: Software and hardware installation, configuration, web server support, installation and maintenance of Windows operating systems, Exchange, Windows Server 2008, IIS, SQL Server, Microsoft Office SharePoint Server (MOSS), Windows 2000 & 2003, and desktop configuration, Active Directory. · Networking: Networking protocols, network design, backups, security, monitoring, hardware load balancing technologies and change control procedures · Desktop Transformation: SMS/SCCM knowledge and experience · Administration, installation and configuration of .Net based applications on Windows 2012/2008/2008R2/2003 and Windows7. · Install, configure and Troubleshoot IIS 5.1/6/7/7.5, MS SQL Server and Exchange Server 2010/2007/2003. · installation, configuration and ongoing support for DEV, QA and Prod environments (It is all IIS). · IIS troubleshooting /Performance analysis of IIS/IIS Certs (Verisign and Digisign). · IIS log management and analysis.(Debug Diag / PAL, SSL diag) · Demonstrated strong knowledge and proficiency in two or more of the following: - Infrastructure - Architecture - Operations - Management - Security - Messaging · Demonstrated project experience with regard to estimates, planning and deliverables. · Demonstrated ability to understand a customer's needs. *Thanks & Regards* *Dev* *Softsense Solutions* Ph: 309-200-0730 Fax:866-805-2430 [email protected] <[email protected]> Yahoo:devashishpandey31 Gtalk :devashish.recruiter Disclaimer This message is for the named recipient(s) above and may contain confidential, proprietary or legally privileged information of SOFTSENSE.
