*Location: Phoenix, AZ –* * likely extend to 2015* *Matrix Medical Network in Phoenix, AZ (Scottsdale) is planning to automate 3 applications, one of which is almost done. The other 2 applications are called CCA (a call center application, Java front end, WebLogic for middle tier) and ASIS (SQL backend, lots of widgets within the app). They use an automation tool by SmartBear, which is very similar to QTP. This will be a 6-9mo project initially with option to extend if the initial project work proves a success.* *Manager notes: We’re looking for Test Automation Engineers:* *3 - 5 years’ experience with HP QTP or (Preferably) Test Complete with strong VB Script* *3 – 5 years’ experience in Test Automation, including designing Automation Frameworks from ground-up* *SOA experience, API level testing* *SQL Backend Testing expertise, strong SQL querying knowledge* *Agile development experience* 2 SENIOR AUTOMATION ENGINEERS/DEVELOPERS that will: Will create the framework from scratch Will come up with the best way to automate the application since (it’s really complex and most of the logic is in SQL) Come up with the strategy on how to use the test data because it’s very dynamic and changes every minute This is not a typical UI automation - the screens are dynamic, the test data is dynamic. This is a complex effort and therefore the engineers will need to have experience with various tools, frameworks and various complex dynamic applications. We are not looking for people that mostly do manual testing and sometimes participate in the automation.
