We have an immediate opening for a *Salesforce Developer (w/Cast Iron experience) * in Charlotte, NC *Location: Charlotte, NC* *Duration: 12-18 months* *Phone/Skype interview* *Salesforce, CRM, Siebel, System Analysis, Functional Specs, Reports* *-ETL development (Informatica) and used Cast Iron extensively.* * -Initially this person will be working with the Siebel team to convert their existing ETLs to CastIron and then move on to Salesforce ETL development.* *-This person may also need to be a Cast Iron Administrator and responsible for monitoring and performance.* *Requirements* • Min 6-10 year IT experience • Min 5 years Salesforce CRM experience • Subject Matter Expert in all Salesforce features (Sales, Services & Marketing) • Expertise with Salesforce Configuration, Reports and Dashboards • Experience in Financial Services will be a plus • Experience in Enterprise systems SDLC and full project cycle is a must • Experience in Salesforce integration with internal systems • Project experience of less than 6 months DOES NOT COUNT *Responsibilities* • Demonstrating Salesforce features and capabilities to business • Gathering/Documenting business/functional scenarios, requirements from business stakeholders • Mapping Requirements and providing estimates • System Analysis.
