*Need : Systems Analyst IIILocation : Fort Snelling MN Duration : 5 Year Project* first 3 months in Columbus, OH *Skype Interview* Systems Analyst III Minimum / General Experience This position requires at least 8 years of work experience in related field. Experience includes extensive system analysis experience in various heterogeneous system environment, plan, organizes, designs and manages technology applications, systems, projects, and evaluates hardware, software and user need. Experience in COBOL and mainframe systems is a must. Duties / Responsibilities Analyze system needs, user needs, develops empirical measurements to evaluate the adequacy of existing systems processes, researches statistical or case management data and observes and documents processes. Creates, designs and modifies systems specifications. Designs user interface, outputs, data and file structures, system logic, system architecture, program flow charts and modules and training. Manages systems and applications development. Analyzes requests from users and identifies solutions that fits best to the user needs.
