• The SAP Performance Analyst will execute all phases of the Performance
Lifecycle in order to support business initiatives.
• They will work with diverse teams including Functional, ABAP, and BASIS
Teams to ensure the performance health of the production environments are

performance lifecycle.
• Key knowledge areas include planning, functional understanding, Systems

• Experience in LoadRunner VuGen, Controller and Analysis module.

Performance Test Engineering
• Experience in analyzing the bottlenecks and identifying an optimal

• Proficient in the concepts of Capacity Modeling
• Hands-on knowledge on any one Open Source Tools like OpenSTA, WebLoad,
JMeter, WAS etc.
• Proficient in authoring Test Tools for Performance that includes the Data

Refinery Quality Process
• 2-4 years of experience and knowledge in quality process and testing in
refinery.
• He should have knowledge in Statistical quality control and understanding
of various lab equipment’s.
• He should have knowledge of analyzers and chromatographs in particular.



Application Testing
• Should be able to differentiate the different testing phases like Unit
Integration, System, Acceptance, Regression testing and should be capable
to perform these tests with the help of ready-test cases.
• Should understand Test Plans, Requirement Traceability Matrix, Orthogonal
Array Tool.
• Should be able to do metrics analysis and reliability analysis
effectively with DFA tool.
