*Need        :PeopleSoft Inventory ConsultantLocation:Miamisburg, 
OHDuration:6+ Months*
 

 Experienced PeopleSoft Inventory and Order Management consultant required 
by a multinational media company for a global roll out of PeopleSoft 9.0. 
Working within a global team to deliver a strategic solution covering 
end-to-end Print and Legacy Online functionality across multiple countries. 
The candidate must have extensive PeopleSoft business and functional 
application experience working within challenging multi-country programmes 
and a proven record of working with the business to deliver to programme 
requirements. 
Responsible for: 
Fit-gap analysis for global process against PeopleSoft out-of-the-box 
ensuring the lowest possible level of customisation 
E2E analysis to ensure that functionality and process matches the global 
model (cross system process, interfaces, and function) 
Provide functional expertise in areas of PeopleSoft FSCM including Order 
Management, Inventory and Cost Management 
Analysis and evaluation of options, alternatives, and system capabilities 
to ensure that Best Practice is applied in all instances and that any 
agreed solution is future proofed against further global expansion 
Creation of process design/system solution to ensure that requested 
functionality and process is mapped to out-of-the-box PeopleSoft capability 
Creation of Functional Documentation to meet Business Need and Best 
Practice 
Configuration of multiple Order Management, Inventory and Cost Management 
Business Units together with associated transactional configuration 
Production of test plans and scripts 
Assisting in the Change Management process for the existing Organisations 
within each country 
 
*Qualifications and Requirements:* 
The following minimum qualifications are required in order for an 
individual to perform the essential duties and responsibilities of this 
job: 
Experience in multiple deployments of PeopleSoft (preferably integrated 
with Siebel CRM), with at least one global deployment staying as close to 
out-of-the-box functionality 
Strong knowledge of PeopleSoft 9.0 delivered functionality and processes 
Strong process knowledge of order processing and fulfilment in business and 
business systems 
Experience in as many of the following PeopleSoft functional areas as 
possible: Inventory, Order Management, Cost Management, Contracts and some 
Receivables, Billing, Purchasing, Payables and General Ledger. 
8+ years of experience in the IT industry, with at least 5+ years’ 
experience as a PeopleSoft functional analyst 
Experience in global implementations: Multi-lingual, multi-currency, 
multi-org, multi-time zone 
Must be a creative problem solver, flexible, proactive, and able to work in 
a fast paced, ever changing environment 
Must be able to handle multiple requests from functional, technical and 
other systems’ teams 
Strong interpersonal interaction and a team player 
Requires strong oral and written communication skills with proven ability 
to produce MS PowerPoint slide decks, present, communicate and build 
relationships in an international environment 
Ability to organise, prioritise work, meet deadlines, and work independently
