We have some production support roles, 18 months, with our  in Grand
Rapids, MI.  There are three roles from 1-3 years of experience up to 5-7
years of experience.  The bill rates for the lower level roles at and the
highest I can go on the lead role is about

*Position Responsibilities:*

·         Should have experience handle Level 2 Production Support and
hands on Experience on Oracle Application Oracle E-Business Suite R12.

·         Must have 5-7 years of hands-on experience on Oracle EBS in
Support type or implementation of projects.

·         Able to lead and guide a team of support specialist.

·         Accountable for the management and communication of all incident
tickets to relevant personnel and Affiliates to provide efficient, timely
and effective remedies to issues and requirements, ensuring that business
disruption is minimized.

·         Acting as first point of escalation when SLE’s are not met.

·         Allocating work, managing resources, defining performance levels,
and managing performance.

·         Serves as Liaison between the Service Desk and the project team,
focused on the current solution and that is functions as designed.

·         Assist users with problems and provide resolution to issues
independently.

·         Provide Root Cause Analysis, recommended resolution and
communicate to Level 3 Production Support to resolve issues.

·         Functional Knowledge on *at least three* core modules of Oracle
E-Business Suite E12.

·         Experience in opening, managing, and resolving Oracle SRs
with Oracle Support

Lower level role:



*Position Responsibilities:*

·         Should have handle Level 2 Production Support in Financial space
and hands on Experience on Oracle Application Oracle E-Business Suite R12

·         Must have 1-3 years of hands-on experience
on Oracle EBS Financials in Support type or implementation of projects.

·         Assist users with problems and provide resolution to issues
independently.

·         Provide Root Cause Analysis, recommended resolution and
communicate to Level 3 Production Support to resolve issues.

·         Proficient in troubleshooting Accounting and finance processes
issues and providing customer support

·         Functional Knowledge on *at least three* modules of GL, AP, AR,
CE, FA, PA, CM, E-Business Tax and AGIS.

·         Experience in opening, managing, and resolving Oracle SRs
with Oracle Support

·         Experience of configuration of at least 2 modules in financials
