*Need : MDM Business Analyst with HP ALM exp.Location : Hartford, CT Duration : 6-12 months* * GC or USC* *Face to Face Interview* Start Date: *07/16/2014* *Job Description:* Responsible for developing business specifications; interacting with Business and Systems personnel to support the area's business needs; researching and responding to questions from key partners; researching product, calculation and rules issues that need to be supported in the system; participating in the testing of various systems to ensure accuracy of numbers and disclosure, including the reporting, analysis, and coordinating the appropriate review and approval of some specifications. *Responsibilities:* An analyst resource is needed to support the Investment Master Data Management (IMDM) initiative currently underway. This resource will be focused on understanding the business requirements that have already been developed and providing input as appropriate. They will also be tasked with the research, analysis and development of functional requirements as well as development and testing support throughout this project's lifecycle. *Required Skills:* *Investment experience* is required. Experience with Data Analysis and Use Case development is strongly desired. Experience with Requirements Management Tools such as HP ALM are a plus. Candidate must have exceptional analytical and abstract skills, and ability to define scope and objectives through business research and industry knowledge. Proficient at soliciting requirements and with the various techniques used in soliciting requirements. Must demonstrate aptitude in understanding technical issues and solutions in relation to current as well as future business environments. Work with the business to identify key decision points and build decision models to identify business rule sets. Strong business and technology relationship management experience. Proactive attitude, ability to work independently and a desire to continuously learn new skills and technologies. Strong verbal and written communication skill. Ability to direct, moderate and negotiate multi-functional groups.
