*Need : Sr. Storage Admin (NetApp FAS)Location : Ann Arbor, MIDuration : 12 months+* Interview Process: *Phone/Skype, the Final interview is Face to Face* *Description of Work*The ITS storage team seeks a senior level storage administrator with experience maintaining existing NetApp FAS systems running Data OnTap in both cluster and 7-mode. The selected candidate will work on complex tasks such as designing and building new Clustered Data OnTap systems, planning and executing data migrations, forecasting growth, and training junior staff. The candidate will also participate in day to day tasks such as storage provisioning, performance investigations, and handling user requests. In addition to NetApp systems, the Storage Team also manages a fiber channel SAN using IBM’s SAN Volume Controller, runs campus-wide backups using IBM TSM, and manages a large AFS infrastructure. The candidate will be expected to learn enough about each of these systems to be able to provide day to day support and handle common problems independently. A successful candidate could be required to participate in after hours on call support, and in evening and weekend system maintenance. *Required Skills *Experience administering NetApp Data OnTap in both 7-mode and CDoT. Experience with NFS and CIFS, including the ability to diagnose connection and performance problems.
