Email me at [email protected] , If you have right resource for below position *Position: Project Manager* *Location: Miami, FL * *Duration: 6 months* *Rate: $65/hr Max* *Job Description: * The Project Manager will be responsible for managing huge operations team, provide technical and operational leadership ideas. PM will be working with I&AM Integration/Certification leads and responsible for business reporting to senior CIB stakeholders. Position requires project planning, schedule management, resource management and interpersonal skills such as influence management, negotiation, and analytical/problem solving skills. *Responsibilities:* · Proactively work on the overall areas related to the project and recommend enhancements · Review teams activity on daily/weekly basis to ensure project delivery · Review various reporting needs and provide senior level reporting · Manage project plan and execution approach. · Utilize a rigorous process of defining client requirements and project specifications. · Analyze and highlight the risks/benefits involved in utilizing solution · Define objective, roles, Activities, milestones and measures of success. · Should be able to provide project estimates and resource load as per activities · Work with various Program Manager, communicate approach; present plans and gain sign-off from the business and IT leadership. · Conduct project/phase kick-off meetings to communicate individual roles and project expectations and ensure that all project team members have the tools and training required to perform effectively. · Monitor projects, evaluating progress and quality, managing issue resolution process and taking corrective action as necessary. · Act as an interface with internal and external audit groups. · Provide action plans to mitigate risk and help implement them, when applicable. · Work with Release Manager to ensure proper operations turnover and SLA updates. · Lead the post-implementation review evaluating project results, including client satisfaction. · Have a significant influence on policy formation. · Promote effective teamwork and manage the resolution of interpersonal issues. Support People Management related initiatives. · Adhere to corporate standards/polices and timely review them and ensure CIB is complaint. *Qualification* · Minimum of 5 years of Project management experience interfacing with both technical and business teams. · Risk and Security Management, IT Risk, Identity and Access Management knowledge and experience are all desired skills. · Knowledge and experience using project management software such as Microsoft. Project & workflow tools like MS office. · Excellent written and verbal communication skills. · Ability to develop strong client relationships. · Experienced self starter that can take ownership of programs and projects, set timelines, work with sponsors, understand strategy or reasoning for completing the effort. · A College degree specialized training or equivalent work experience.
